Monthly Online Workshops - Last Friday of the month from 5:30 to 7 pm

Updated: Jul 10

I kickstarted my entire teaching/coaching career by working with children. It is so wonderful to be a part of their lives from early on and help them build a path of resilient leadership from such a young age. Children at this age are very receptive to being molded into confident young adults - a force to be reckoned with. They will develop life skills, build self-confidence, learn to help empower others, and problem solve by thinking from different angles. They will be given a space that will allow them to discuss and form their own opinions on what is going on in the world today. This helps shape their minds and equip them for what is to be made of their own future. This program will give them an opportunity to talk to peers who may have different thoughts and perspectives and sharing these ideas will inevitably broaden the horizon of each and every young mind involved.

Kindling leadership skills at a fundamental level curates their skills in a way that makes leading people and speaking their minds a seamless part of their fabric. They become grounded in who they are and what they stand for as they learn exactly who they are as individuals. Whether it’s academics, sports, or friendships, or extracurricular activities these students will enhance the way they live their daily lives through exercises created specifically for their age group as I take this opportunity to shift their vision and focus.

This is the best time to start your children off with growing their leadership capabilities and mentally stimulating to strive for more. They will have a more refined idea of what leading others means and looks like. What does it take to be a good leader? What does it mean to have followers? How does a healthy leader function? All of these ideas will be taught and ingrained in their minds as they grow into their true selves.
